What Vote-Scope does
The site turns public polling, electoral history and market signals into probabilistic forecasts, riding-level estimates and named editorial instruments. Outputs are published with their uncertainty, source context and a public methodology.
About the creator
Kim Leclerc is a political analyst and public-affairs strategist with experience in political offices and strategic communications. Vote-Scope is a personal project: it is not affiliated with a party, polling firm or media organization.
How to assess the work
Readers can inspect the methodology, compare resolved calls in the public track record and consult the disclosure policy. Errors and methodological changes are documented rather than erased.
