Passionate about soccer, Guepsly has been a coach for over eight years and holds a C license. For him, soccer goes well beyond sport: it is a powerful tool for development, discipline, and integration. On the field, he mentors young people, engages with parents, and conveys the importance of respect, perseverance, confidence, and teamwork. He believes that politics must be close to the people, attentive to ground-level realities, and capable of producing concrete results. A candidate in LaFontaine, he wishes to put his experience as an entrepreneur, manager, and coach at the service of citizens, contribute to economic development, and offer young people and families better opportunities for the future.

A Parti Québécois member since 2024, he chairs its LaFontaine executive and sits on youth and sovereignty executives. He wants to serve LaFontaine and one day vote in a Quebec independence referendum.
